　　你可以先检查电动门机械是否沉，行程开关是否正常，远程、就地开关通电是否良好，门头内的保护开关是否正常等等，如果是绿灯亮的话就是正常的，如果是红灯就会缺项，如果红绿灯都亮了就是断项保护器出故障了，如果红绿灯都不亮就是属断项保护器质量的问题。若要电动门恢复正常则可以将断项保护器的常闭接点短接，然后电动门就能恢复正常操作了。
